We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here for you.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, by returning the product intact and unused in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Write to info@yurarishop.com stating your order number: we will provide you with all instructions.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will resolve it immediately.
